Site Managers – Navan
We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers to join residential construction projects in Navan. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of busy sites and play a key role in delivering high-quality housing developments from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to completion
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure efficient site delivery
- Drive programme performance and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Maintain strong focus on Health & Safety compliance across all site activities
- Carry out site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
- Ensure quality standards are met across all trades and stages of construction
- Work closely with Project and Contracts Managers to resolve site issues
- Maintain a clean, organised, and productive site environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Good understanding of construction sequencing and site delivery
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge and compliance experience
- Ability to manage programme and drive productivity
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Trade background or construction qualification advantageous

Pay: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
