Amro Energy Solutions is a growing plumbing and renewable heating company delivering heat pump installations, gas boiler installations and servicing across Dublin and the wider Leinster region. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced plumber who wants more than just the next job on the list, we are looking for someone who wants to help shape how the business grows.
The Role :
We are seeking a qualified plumber with at least 5 years experience and proven expertise in heat pump installation. The work is focused on heat pump and gas boiler installation, along with servicing and replacement of gas and oil boilers, and commercial plumbing and servicing. This is an installation and servicing role, no drainage or waste work. You will take ownership of projects from first fix through to commissioning and handover, working directly alongside the company directors on both day-to-day delivery and the future direction of the business. What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing, commissioning and servicing air source and ground source heat pump systems to a high standard
- Installing, servicing and replacing oil & gas boilers
- Commercial plumbing installation and servicing
- Managing projects independently from start to finish, including on-site problem solving
- Liaising professionally with clients, suppliers and other trades on site
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with current Irish regulations and standards
- Working with the directors to improve processes, quality and standards as the company grows
What We're Looking For:
- Fully qualified plumber (QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft in plumbing)
- 2 + years' post-qualification experience
- RGI is essential
- Demonstrable experience installing heat pump systems
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (or willingness to complete)
- Full clean driving licence
- The initiative and confidence to run jobs independently
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in the quality of your work
- Good communication skills and a professional manner with customers
- A team player who is happy to muck in and support colleagues
Desirable:
Experience with underfloor heating systems
SEAI grant scheme experience (One Stop Shop / Better Energy Homes)
Heat pump manufacturer training or certification

Salary of €55,000 – €65,000 per annum, depending on experience
