We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader - Passenger Services to support and oversee frontline operations. This role is key to maintaining exceptional customer service standards while ensuring safety , security and operational efficiency in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support and mentor Passenger Service Agents at check in , boarding ,arrivals, and customer service touchpoints.
- Lead by example , demonstrating professionalism, integrity and commitment to service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with airline, safety, security, immigration / customs and documentation procedures, including passport and visa checks.
- Oversee baggage handling processes and assist with escalated issues such as delayed or mishandled baggage.
- Conduct daily team briefings, allocate shifts, and monitor attendance and performance within the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain efficient and smooth operations.
- Handle escalated passenger enquiries and provide service recovery during operational disruptions.
- Uphold company standards for uniform , grooming ,safety and customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and reporting as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in airport or aviation ground operations (Senior or Team Lead)
- Experience with Altea DCS or similar system an advantage.
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Highly motivated and thrives in a fast past environment where no two days are the same.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, split shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, based on operational requirements.
