The above vacancy has arisen within the Nursing Department.
This role is a permanent full time position working 37 hours per week.
The role:

Responsible for the co-ordination of the medical records of discharged patients.

Collaborating with the nursing staff/ unit clerks as required.

Demonstrate a range of listening skills appropriate the context of different patient, visitor and unit situations.
- Provide cover for clerks in and out-patients units
- Any other duties as required.
The Candidate:
- 2 years experience in a previous administration role, ideally in a healthcare setting

Excellent computer skills
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

Demonstrate the initiative, drive and enthusiasm to carry out the role successfully

Ability to work professionally at all times when dealing with patients, staff and the public

Be able to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Flexibility essential.

Self motivated, highly organised, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
