Key Responsibilities
Website & Ecommerce
- Maintain the website and upload new products, collections and descriptions
- Update banners, blog posts and site content
Content & Social Media
- Create social media content (images, Reels, TikTok) using existing photo and video assets
- Edit short-form video and image content (Reels, TikTok)
- Edit product and campaign imagery
- Manage social channels, including posting, scheduling and community engagement
- Coordinate influencer collaborations
Customer Service
- Respond to customer emails, calls and social media messages
Operations Support
- Assist with order processing, packing and shipping during busy periods
Pay: €30,000.00 per year
