The HR Generalist plays a key role in providing both strategic and operational HR support across our clients business. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, compliance with employment legislation, and delivery of high-quality HR services.
This position combines hands-on HR administration with advisory responsibilities, supporting employee relations, recruitment, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives to help drive a high-performance culture.

Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, leave management, onboarding, and off boarding.

Maintain accurate HR and Health & Safety records using the HR system.

Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.

Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal HR policies.

Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and case management.

Participate in trade union discussions and negotiations as required.

Support recruitment and selection processes, including job specifications, interviews, onboarding, and induction.

Coordinate learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.

Assist with employee engagement and recognition activities.

Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and projects.

Build strong relationships with managers, employees, and stakeholders.

Third-level qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, including employee relations exposure.

Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.

Experience managing complex employee relations matters.

Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

High level of discretion, judgement, and confidentiality.

Strong analytical and business acumen.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Full, clean driving licence.

Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.

CIPD qualification.

Experience within beverage, FMCG, or distribution sectors.

Experience working in a unionised environment.
