At Mo Chara, we are looking for someone sound, organised, and quick on their feet to join the team as a Waitress / Food Runner. This role is all about keeping service running smoothly between the kitchen and the floor. If you enjoy a busy shift, working with a good crew, and making sure customers get their food hot and on time, you will fit right in.
This job is a full time position so please only apply if you can work full time hours.
What the job involves:
- Helping with general kitchen set-up before service
- Polishing cutlery and plates so everything looks right going out
- Setting up garnish and plating stations for the chefs
- Filling and organising sauce bottles and condiments
- Working closely with the chefs during service
- Running food from the kitchen to customers quickly and correctly
- Making sure plates are presented properly before they leave the pass
- Helping keep the kitchen pass and service areas tidy and organised
- Jumping in where needed during busy shifts
