- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and compliant store running.
- Drive sales and profitability through smart strategies and commercial focus.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage stock, merchandising, and visual standards to maximise sales.
- Analyse sales data and report on performance, identifying areas for growth.
