We are looking for a Warm, Enthusiastic Retail Assistant looking for long term commitment full time position
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Solid computer knowledge
- A keen eye for detail and an interest in jewellery
- Reliable, friendly, and a team player
- Someone who enjoys a challenge and is eager to learn
- Experience in retail
- Experience in jewellery making is a bonus, but not essential
- Manual skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting customers with purchases in a friendly, professional manner
- Handling sales and payments at the till and from online orders
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and beautifully presented
- Supporting stock management and restocking displays
- Handle customers complaints, returns and any other issues that may arise in a professional manner
- Using computer systems for inventory, emails, update website
