Stepping Stones Care Ltd was established in 2008. Our primary purpose was, initially to provide mainstream residential care services to young people who, for various reasons cannot live at home. We are proud to offer residential care, community care, respite care, aftercare and semi-independent services.
Job Title: Health Care Assistant
Status: Permanent, Full Time Contract
Location: Curracloe & Blackwater Co. Wexford
Duties:
- Sufficient professional knowledge to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role.
- Ensure compliance with record keeping is in line with legislation and HIQA requirements.
- Work directly with individuals and completing administrative tasks relating to the day-to-day running of the house.
- Be organised, have good report writing, IT and time management skills.
- Flexibility and openness to change
Our ideal candidate
- Will have a full clean Drives License
- FETAC/QQI level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support/Health Service Skills, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting children/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
