Due to recent expansion, Ireland Walk Hike Bike are seeking someone to join the Sales and Customer care team. We have a fantastic close-knit team of highly motivated people and are looking for the person who will take our guest experience to the next level. For 29 years we have led the Irish adventure tourism market ensuring every guest in our care has a wonderful experience in Ireland and leaves wanting to return again and again.
The key responsibility will be to increase sales with personalised sales techniques to ensure the client is offered the ideal product every time. This will be a hands-on role with plenty of interaction with the consumer both by phone and email. The Sales and Customer Care Executive must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in direct B2C sales ideally within the Tourism sector. You will be responsible for sales to our international customers both on and offline. Reporting to the company directors you will be responsible for the implementation of sales and customer care systems. Working with the administration team to ensure a seamless customer service journey and positive customer experience from initial contact to holiday completion.
Key accountabilities in this role will be:
Direct sales to our clients by phone or email
Manage all client correspondence.
Creating custom itineraries for clients.
Effectively manage our CRM system to maximize target marketing.
Upsell to clients.
Weekly and monthly sales reports
Building new relationships with industry partners
Management of online marketplaces
Developing new international partners and marketplaces
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is desired.
An interest in hiking and cycling would be beneficial.
