Location: Dublin / Leixlip, Co. Kildare (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced KYC Onboarding Analyst to join our growing team in Dublin. This role is responsible for executing the end-to-end Client Onboarding and Periodic Review lifecycle, ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and client service standards.
The successful candidate will bring experience in KYC, AML or Client Onboarding, with a strong understanding of KYC/CDD methodologies, regulatory obligations, and industry best practices. They will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews across the EMEA region, supporting the onboarding of new clients and the ongoing review of existing relationships.
Working within a fast-paced, client-focused environment, the successful candidate will possess strong analytical, investigative, and risk assessment capabilities. They will demonstrate the ability to assess complex ownership and control structures, identify and escalate potential financial crime risks, and make sound, risk-based decisions while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex onboarding cases, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering against demanding service level expectations. They will be proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities, resolving client onboarding challenges, and contributing to the continued development of a best-in-class KYC function. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle from client outreach through to account activation
- Perform detailed KYC / CDD / EDD reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Analyse and document complex ownership and control structures, identifying UBOs and verifying source of wealth/funds where required
- Liaise directly with clients, front office, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to gather and validate required documentation
- Identify and escalate risk issues, discrepancies, and potential financial crime concerns
- Ensure all onboarding is completed within agreed SLAs and quality standards
- Maintain accurate and complete records within onboarding and case management systems
- Support process improvements and contribute to enhancing onboarding controls and efficiencies
Essential:
- Proven experience in end-to-end client onboarding within financial services
- Strong working knowledge of KYC, CDD, EDD, and AML regulations
- Ability to independently manage multiple onboarding cases from initiation to completion
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with front office and clients
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capability
Desirable:
- Understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g. FATF, EU AML directives)
- Experience onboarding customers in the EMEA Region.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ACAMS, ICA)

This is an initial 6 Month fixed term contract. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As a Service Provider and Consulting firm, our working arrangements align with our clients' requirements. For this assignment, successful candidates will be required to work onsite at our client's office in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, a minimum of 2 days per week. Occasional attendance at Delta Capita's Dublin office may also be required, depending on business needs.
