Payroll Clerk
Location: Carey Glass UC (Office-based)
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Carey Glass UC, a leader in glass manufacturing and innovation, is seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our busy HR and administration team. This is a fully office-based role, offering an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process multiple weekly payrolls accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and records.
- Review, reconcile, and produce daily labour reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation and internal policies.
- Assist with payroll-related queries and audits.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative and payroll duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in payroll processing is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Sage Payroll and UK payroll legislation is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
