Café Manager – Premium High-Volume Coffee Shop (Dublin City Centre)
Pay: €20.00 per hour + Tips + Performance Bonus

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead a busy, well-established coffee shop in Dublin city centre.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, and understands the importance of creating a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back time and time again.
Our café serves a large volume of regular customers, local professionals, tourists, and coffee enthusiasts every day. We are looking for a manager who can combine outstanding hospitality, strong leadership, and genuine coffee expertise to help drive the business forward.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience managing a busy café, coffee shop, or hospitality venue
- Strong specialty coffee knowledge and a genuine passion for coffee
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- A warm, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with customers
- A strong understanding of customer service and hospitality
- Experience training, motivating, and developing teams
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods
Key ResponsibilitiesHospitality & Customer Experience
- Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for every customer
- Build relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat business
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and support a front-of-house team of approximately 8–10 staff
- Train and develop team members to maintain high service standards
- Foster a positive, professional, and supportive working environment
- Manage daily staffing requirements and ensure smooth operations
Coffee & Operational Excellence
- Maintain exceptional coffee quality and consistency at all times
- Support and develop barista standards across the team
- Ensure smooth day-to-day café operations
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, wastage, and operational efficiency
- Help drive sales and overall business performance
