We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Edenderry for an experienced and highly organised Part-Time Administrator to support their busy office operations in Edenderry. This role is well suited to someone looking for consistent part-time hours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting with key documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and managing emails
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Assisting with grant applications, including preparation and submission of supporting documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Providing general administrative and clerical support
- Handling ad hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable managing emails, phone calls, and documentation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
