Jackson’s Hotel & Leisure Centre is looking for an enthusiastic, professional and motivated Leisure Centre Supervisor to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

About The Role
As Leisure Centre Supervisor, you will play a key role in the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of our leisure facilities. Working closely with the Leisure Centre Manager and wider hotel team, you will help ensure that our members and guests receive a warm, friendly and professional service at all times.

Supervise the daily operation of the Leisure Centre and ensure the highest standards of customer service.

Welcome members and hotel guests and create a friendly, positive environment.

Ensure all health, safety and pool procedures are followed consistently.

Support the supervision and coordination of the leisure team.

Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene throughout the facilities.

Assist with poolside supervision and the safe operation of the swimming pool and leisure facilities.

Respond professionally and efficiently to member and guest queries.

Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily operational checks.

Support membership administration and promote leisure centre services and facilities.

Report maintenance, safety or operational issues promptly.

Assist the Leisure Centre Manager with staff training, rotas and day-to-day administration where required.

Is flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A current lifeguarding qualification and relevant pool supervision experience would be highly advantageous.

Required Criteria

Supervisory experience in a relevant field.

Experience working in a leisure centre or similar hospitality/recreation environment.

Ability to maintain high standards of service and operation.
