CSA Site Manager – Finland
We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager (Civil, Structural & Architectural) to join a major construction project in Finland. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering large-scale, technically complex builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities across CSA works (civil, structural, architectural)
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within scope and budget
- Monitor progress against programme and drive site productivity
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards
- Support planning, sequencing, and coordination of trades on site
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
- Strong CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) background essential
- Experience working on industrial, data centre, pharma, or similar complex builds is advantageous
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent understanding of H&S standards and site compliance
- Ability to manage fast-paced, high-pressure project environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to work in Finland on a rotational or project basis (if applicable)

Pay: €85,000.00-€90,000.00 per year
