Part-Time Office Administrator – Nursing Home
We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team in a busy nursing home environment.
Duties will include:
- Preparing and managing staff rosters
- Allocating staff shifts and monitoring coverage
- General office administration and clerical duties
- Maintaining records and documentation
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Assisting management with day-to-day administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good computer skills, including Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous administrative experience (healthcare experience an advantage but not essential)
Pay: €21,000.00-€22,000.00 per year
