Catering Assistant - Permanent
Location - Monahan Road - Accessible by bus
Hours 7am to 3pm - Monday to Friday (Some Saturday work on an ad hoc basis)
Main duties
- Preparing Sandwiches
- Assisting with the preparation of food and packing - eg pickles, pesto etc
- Assisting the Head Chef.
- Preparing foods for functions.
- Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similiar role
- A keen interest in the food industry
- Attention to detail a must
- Familiar with HACCP systems
