These new positions aim to ensure that all Residential Leaders have a balanced and manageable workload with the capacity to lead teams in delivering a high quality service to our residents. The role provide the opportunity for established Residential Leaders with Person in Charge experience who wish to progress in their careers to broaden their experience by taking in Day Services, Respite and Pre-Schools. We are seeking applications for the role of Area Leader from experienced and motivated candidates to join our Offaly/Tipperary management team based in our Tullamore offices. The role will support the Area Director in driving the delivery and continuous improvement of quality services in line with the Organisations’ Vision, Mission and Values.
