We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Advisor / Nutritional Therapist to join our team. This role combines retail sales with professional nutritional guidance, helping customers choose the most suitable health and wellness products to meet their individual needs.
The ideal candidate is passionate about health, nutrition, and customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide knowledgeable, personalised advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Offer professional nutritional advice and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across vitamins, minerals, supplements, sports nutrition, and natural health products.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Keep up to date with new products and developments in nutrition and wellness.
Essential Requirements
- Qualification in Nutritional Therapy, Nutrition, or a related health discipline (or currently studying towards one).
- Previous retail experience up to 2 years or over is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellbeing, and helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
