BW Crash Repairs, located in Youghal, Co. Cork are looking to recruit an experienced Panel Beater to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with
- Panel repair, replacement, welding, and realignment
- Stripping and rebuilding damaged vehicles
- Preparing vehicles for paint work
- Use of dent & glue pulling equipment
- Painting is not an essential, but would be added an bonus.
- Hold a full driver's licence
- Working well under pressure while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Carry out panel beating, body alignment, and repair work on vehicles
- Repair or replace damaged panels using the appropriate methods and equipment
- Carry out filling, sanding and pre-paint preparation
- Make written and verbal reports on repair activity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company health and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience
- Fluent spoken and written English
- National Craft Certificate for the trade of Vehicle Body Repairer awarded by SOLAS or equivalent qualification
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Competitive salary offered depending on experience and skill level.
Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
