Essential Requirements

· Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Knowledge of valet processes and proper chemical handling, safety procedures, and cleaning
· Fluent written & spoken English.
· Be available for work on site in Ballymount, Dublin 12 Ireland.
About The Role
Pilsen Auto ŠKODA – Ireland’s Flagship ŠKODA dealership is seeking to further strengthen our team with an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Valet Supervisor. A successful candidate will need to efficient, have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, be personable and able to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
· Interior Detailing: Vacuuming interiors, shampooing seats and carpets, cleaning upholstery, leather treatment, and cleaning dashboard/trim.
· Exterior Cleaning: Hand washing, power spraying, decontaminating paintwork, cleaning windows, and dressing tires.
· Vehicle Preparation: Ensuring new and used vehicles meet showroom or dealership standards for customer delivery.
· Machine Operation: Learning to use professional equipment, including steam cleaners, wet/dry vacs, and orbital polishers.
· Site Maintenance: Maintaining the valeting bay, storing equipment, and managing chemical stocks.
· Driving Duties: Moving vehicles safely around the lot and assisting with customer collections/deliveries
· Team Leadership & Scheduling: Supervise, train and develop valet staff and assign daily tasks in line with Sales Department requirements
· Inspect finished vehicles for quality while ensuring that the customer vehicles are ready at agreed day/time
· Ensuring that valet housekeeping standards are maintained at all times including the use of special and personal equipment.
· Always maintaining safe working practices and abiding by the rules and standards of the dealership.

Pay: €30,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
