JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Warehouse Operative
Location: Dublin
Responsible to : Warehouse Manager
Job Purpose :
The purpose of the Warehouse Operative is required to handle all duties pertaining to the processing, organising and packing of goods that are sent to warehouse for storage.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible raw material intake and transfer to storage.
2. Carry out raw material picking and transfer to production.
3. Responsible for ensuring finished product is correctly packed, addressed and shipped by correct transport. Goods which are not being shipped shall be placed in storage until the customer requires the goods.
4. Responsible for incoming and finished product inspection, including cleanliness of delivery vehicles.
5. Controlling stock and replenishment of all key consumables
6. Maintain the Warehouse in a clean and tidy condition.
7. Quarantine any returned goods or items which Quality determine to be non-conforming.
8. Adhere to Health & Safety at all times.
9. When driving a forklift (if and when required) do so in a safe manner and ensure that safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
10. Any deviations, near misses, quality/H&S incidents must be reported to the Operations Manager.
11. Take part in monthly stock counts for consumables, WIP and finished goods.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA (demonstrate on application form)
1 A strong work ethic, and the ability meet targets in a fast paced environment.
2 Counter balance forklift licence.
3 Must have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
4 Must be computer literate
5 Work on own initiative
DESIRABLE CRITERIA (demonstrate on application form)
1 Previous warehouse experience.
2 Flexible working hours attitude.
3 Counter Balance and Reach forklift licence
SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE
(tested at interview)
· Flexible approach to working hours
· Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work with minimum supervision on own initiative and as part
of a team.
· Highly analytical and results drive with good attention to detail.
