Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.

Maintain quality control for all drinks served.

Excellent product knowledge to allow menu development, upselling & training.

Project future needs & ordering for goods, bar supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.

Maintain health and safety regulation standards.

Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
