Summary of the role:
Join our team and help drive quality excellence and continuous improvement across our organisation. In this role, you’ll support the development of LEAN systems and quality processes that enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
You’ll lead internal quality audits, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring robust systems are in place to manage non-conformances and customer feedback. Working closely with the Quality Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll help develop and implement quality plans, SOPs, and process improvements that align with national and international standards.
This position also involves data analysis, KPI monitoring, and trend reporting, as well as supporting training initiatives and quality awareness across teams. You’ll play a key role in maintaining product inspection, release programs, and quality controls throughout the manufacturing process.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree or 3rd level qualification in Science, Food, Production or similar
- Experience with Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies a distinct advantage
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A proactive, detail-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
