The Role
Successful candidates will work across three bars within the property, serving a wide range of:

Classic and contemporary cocktails

Premium spirits, beers, and wines

All-day dining, Food and Beverage service
You will be part of a professional hospitality team committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced yet supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard

Delivering friendly, efficient, and professional customer service

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of bar areas

Managing stock levels and bar presentation

Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments

Upholding Ballyseede Castle's service standards at all times
Requirements

Fluent English (essential)

Previous bartending and food service experience in a quality hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods

A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
