Tallis & Company Ltd. is a well established civil engineering and construction firm. We are hiring an experienced office administrator to join our team.
The role would suit a highly organised, capable and motivated individual, to keep our daily operations running smoothly
Key responsibilities:
Daily office administration, managing emails, phone messages, typing, maintaining health and safety records, assisting accounts department. (Accounts package experience an advantage)
Sourcing & ordering materials, liaising with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
General administrative support to management
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in an administration role (Construction sector experience an advantage)
Attention to detail, confident communication skills and professional manner
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent English
