Padel 100 is Ireland's largest and most progressive Padel company with 100 Padel Courts opening in schools, clubs and communities all over Ireland. As part of the ongoing expansion of our team, we are looking for a creative, ambitious and proactive Content & Creative Executive to join our Marketing team and play a key role in one of Ireland's fastest-growing sports businesses.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating content, telling stories and bringing brands to life. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will create engaging content, design graphics, edit videos and help shape the day-to-day marketing of a growing national brand. Every day is different, with opportunities to work across club launches, community events, partnerships and creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Design graphics and digital marketing assets.
- Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok and other channels.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media accounts.
- Maintain the content calendar and organise digital assets.
- Support marketing campaigns, launches and promotional activity.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, high quality and delivered on time.
- Assist with content shoots and occasional travel to locations.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent graphic design skills.
- Is confident editing short-form video.
- Has experience managing social media platforms.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
- Has strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Holds a full driving licence and is happy to travel when required.
Desirable
- Adobe Creative Suite experience.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Experience working in sport, leisure or hospitality.
