Shapla Indian Spice is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for staff management, maintaining high customer service standards, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and supporting the efficient running of the business.
Key duties include supervising front-of-house and kitchen staff, planning staff rosters and training, monitoring service quality, managing stock and suppliers, overseeing cash handling and operational reporting, and resolving customer issues.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, hotel, food service, or operational management. Proven ability to manage teams and daily operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience maintaining service standards and customer satisfaction. Competent in operational reporting, cash handling, and supplier coordination.
Good spoken and written English. Full valid European driving licence (Category B) required for operational and business duties.
