Blondie is a lively, design-led café-restaurant in Ballincollig, serving fresh, local produce in a laid-back, modern space. We're looking for a talented and reliable Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver food that people love.
What you'll do:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Take the lead during service when required
- Help with menu prep, stock control, and ordering
- Maintain high standards of HACCP hygiene regulations, consistency, and presentation
- Be a positive influence in the kitchen and help mentor junior staff
