The ideal applicant should:
- Leave the Drama a the Door - We are not your average kitchen. If you think being a chef means screaming, swearing, and throwing pots and pans accross the room, this is not the place for you. Gordon Ramsey is not coming.
- Be a Team Player (No "Us" vs "Them) - We work with the floor staff, not against them. The front-of-house team are your colleagues, not your enemy. We win together and we lose together.
- Master of the Clock - Our kitchen is all about prep and time management. If your prep isn't done on time, the whole ship sinks. You need to be organised, efficient, and ahead of the game before service even starts.
- Thrive in the Chaos - When a million of orders are coming at you, you need to be the eye of the storm. We need people who can face a massive order line, stay calm, focused, and keep pumping out quality food.
- Show up on Day One - This sound obvious, but you'd be surprised. If you accept the job, please actually show up.
- Stay a While - We spend a lot of time training you and getting you used to our systems. If you plan on quitting after 2 months to "go find yourself", please go find yourself somewhere else.
