This role will suit a hard working, motivated, enthusiastic & creative person who is willing to learn, lead & grow as we strive to improve the standard of food at the Step House Hotel.
Kitchen responsibilities will include;
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes.
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Assisting with the management of health and safety- Upkeep of HACCP,
- Design of food menus
- Oversee and supervise kitchen staff
- Leadership and creativity
