Responsibilities
- Able to co - operate and work in a team environment
- Ideally will come from a busy restaurant environment.
- Excellent attention to detail required when carrying out your role.
- Able to accept tasks given by senior chef team members
- Excellent understanding of the latest food trends in the current market.
- Real food enthusiast.
- Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
- Follow HACCP procedures
Requirements
- 3 years head chef experience
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Good level of English required.
- Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
