Experienced Chief de Partie required for The Marine Hotel Sutton Hotel must have at least one years’ experience. . This is a full-time position and involves weekdays and weekend work.0
Key Responsibilities
· Run and manage your assigned section efficiently during service.
· Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
· Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
· Maintain food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards.
· Assist with stock control and minimise waste.
· Train and support junior kitchen staff where required.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
· Experience in a hotel or high-volume kitchen preferred.
· Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices.
· Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.
· Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
