We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Kitchen Prep Assistant to join our production kitchen team in Rathmines, Dublin 6.
This is an early-morning role, ideal for someone living locally or within easy travelling distance of Rathmines.
Hours: 4:30am – 8:00am
Days: 6 days per week
Approx. 21 hours per week
Location: Rathmines, Dublin 6
The Role
You’ll work as part of our early-morning kitchen team, helping to prepare food and get production ready for the day ahead.
Duties will include:
- General food and ingredient preparation
- Preparing and assembling products to our recipes and standards
- Portioning and organising ingredients
- Keeping your workstation clean and organised
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Helping the kitchen team complete the morning production schedule on time
What We’re Looking For
Previous kitchen, food production or food-prep experience is essential.
You should be:
- Reliable and punctual – the 4:30am start is important
- Comfortable working at a good pace
- Organised and able to follow recipes and instructions
- Experienced with basic kitchen and food-preparation tasks
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Ideally based in or close to Rathmines, as public transport options can be limited at this time of the morning
