We are a young fast paced eCommerce company, supplying Healthcare uniforms in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany and Spain.
We wish to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking returns and stock assistant. This role will be a 6 month contract and 30 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- A keen eye for detail.
- Adhere to the Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Process Returns: Receive, unbox, and inspect returned items from customers or vendors to assess their condition (re-sellable, damaged, or defective).
- Process refunds and exchanges within Shopify.
- Ironing garments to get them ready for resell.
- Update internal inventory systems accurately to reflect returned stock, write-offs, or refurbishments.
- Quality Control: Identify recurring product defects or return trends and report them to management to help improve product quality.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure customer refunds, replacements, or credits are processed quickly.
- Computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent written and verbal English.
- Capable of working on own initiative.
- A team player with strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in a job well done.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
