This is a midlevel marketing role responsible for owning and delivering AccountBased Marketing (ABM) programmes for priority accounts. The Marketing Manager will lead targeted ABM activity, working closely with commercial teams to support engagement and pipeline progression.
A key part of the role is working with engineering, sustainability, and product teams to translate complex insights into clear, credible commercial content. You will create customerfacing materials including presentations, videos, graphics, and tailored assets for commercial use. The role also ensures consistent application of the Tate brand across commercial activity and requires an understanding of market trends, customer needs, and regional differences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ABM Ownership (Primary Responsibility)

Lead the planning, development, and execution of ABM programmes for priority accounts.

Create tailored accountspecific messaging and content aligned to sales objectives.

Work closely with sales to understand account strategy, deal cycles, and required marketing support.

Monitor engagement and adapt ABM activity based on commercial and pipeline feedback.

Create customerfacing presentations, video scripts, graphics briefs, and supporting materials

Maintain clarity, accuracy, and brand quality across all content
2. Commercial Support & Brand Integration

Support commercial teams with highquality content that enhances customer conversations.

Apply the Tate brand consistently across all customerfacing materials.

Ensure marketing activity reflects commercial priorities and contributes to pipeline momentum.

Prioritise content development based on commercial impact and strategic needs.
3. Market & Regional Insight

Track market, competitor, and customer trends to guide ABM and content direction.

Understand regional variations across EMEA and adjust messaging and materials accordingly.

Share insights with product, engineering, and commercial teams to support planning and decisionmaking.
4. CrossFunctional Collaboration

Work with engineering, sustainability, product management, and commercial teams to ensure technical accuracy.

Collaborate with the global marketing organisation to maintain alignment with brand and messaging standards.

Contribute to a collaborative, insightled marketing environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
-
3-6 years' experience in B2B marketing in technical, engineering, industrial, or datacentre environments.

Strong writing and storytelling ability, especially for commercial or technical content.

Ability to work with engineers and technical SMEs to simplify complex concepts.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfort working with CRM and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
