The 4* Bloomfield House Hotel Leisure Club and Spa, with 111 bedrooms, located on the shores of Lough Ennell just 5 minutes outside of Mullingar is currently recruiting a Duty Manager

Requirements
The successful candidate
- Will have a minimum of 2 years food & beverage experience at a 4* hotel level or equivalent standard restaurant
- Excellent Management, Leadership, Training, Communication, Time Management, Organisation Skills.
- Well presented and approachable with an excellent eye for attention to detail
- Works well as a team and on their own but will be essentially responsible for the management of a busy banqueting events and staff
- Computer Literate with some experience with rostering, costings etc
- Flexible attitude to working hours and ability to work early starts, late evening and weekends essential
- Duty management shifts will also be part of this role
