Job Description
- Welcoming clients to the clinic
- Responding to client queries in person , email , telephone and social media sites
- Ensuring overall smooth running of reception
- Updating client database
- Liasing with our doctors and nurses
- Managing stock take
- Daily update of social media sites
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by manager
Skills and Experience
- Ideally we would like someone with minumum 1 year experience in a smiliar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to be proactive and resourceful
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Any previous knowledge of phorest is a bonus
Weekly Hours : 20-30 hours per week
Usual Hours : 9.30-5.30 days to be decided on Application
Location : Boromhe \shopping Centre , Swords#
Contract Type : Maternity cover untill September 2025 - Can be relooked at then based of business needs
