Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of innovative, engaging training programmes across our brands

Bring our brand to life through training that reflects our fast-paced, high-energy culture

Build strong relationships with Operations teams to identify training needs and opportunities

Support the onboarding and development of new and existing team members—from front-line to leadership roles
-
Champion a culture of continuous learning, ensuring our teams feel confident, capable, and inspired

Analyse training impact and performance, using insights to continuously improve programmes

Ensure consistency in training standards across all locations

Develop and coach managers to become effective trainers and role models within their teams

Stay ahead of trends in learning and development and bring fresh ideas to the table
