- Install windows and doors in residential and commercial properties.
- Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and finish.
- Follow project specifications accurately.
- Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Proven experience as a window and door fitter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
