Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales & Account Coordinator to support the growth of our client base. This role combines sales coordination and client-facing responsibilities, providing exposure to a structured B2B sales environment with a clear progression path into a Sales Executive role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Process Management
- Maintain the CRM and ensure accurate pipeline tracking
- Schedule demos, meetings, and follow-ups
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and supporting documentation
- Support reporting and organisation of sales activity
Client Communication & Support
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients
- Support sales conversations and product demonstrations
- Assist in progressing opportunities through the sales process
- Develop an understanding of client needs across health & safety, maintenance, and quality
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years’ experience in sales support, administration, or customer-facing roles
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with systems and structured processes (CRM experience an advantage)
- Proactive and reliable approach
Education
- Relevant qualification preferred (Business, Engineering, Health & Safety, or similar)
- Recent graduates with strong organisational skills will be considered
Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
