Job description
Experienced Housekeeping Supervisor required for Bellinter House Hotel. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You’ll support, train and motivate the housekeeping team while working closely with management to maintain efficiency and quality. Car/own transport needed as this is a remote location. This is a full-time position and involves weekdays and weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
· Cleaning and inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure standards are met.
· Train, schedule and support housekeeping staff.
· Manage linen, cleaning supplies and stock levels.
· Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
· Ensure health, safety, and hygiene procedures are followed.
Requirements
· Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory role.
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Good communication and leadership abilities.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· A positive, hands-on attitude and team-focused approach.
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
