Job Title: Digital Commerce & Channel Management Specialist
Role Purpose: The Digital Commerce & Channel Management Specialist is responsible for managing, optimising, and expanding multi-channel B2B distribution networks across global online travel agency (OTA) platforms. This role leverages data analytics, revenue optimisation, and digital asset management to maximise conversion efficiency, ensure channel integrity, and drive commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Channel Optimisation & Distribution: Oversee technical product deployment, backend configurations, and availability across global distribution platforms (including Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia).
Commercial Analytics & Revenue Management: Perform weekly conversion assessments using systems such as Pax365, TourCMS, and Palasis to evaluate seat targets and volume capacities. Formulate dynamic pricing and low-season discounting strategies based on market performance and platform ranking algorithms.
SEO & Content Asset Management: Conduct keyword research, title/content optimisation, and visual asset deployment (utilizing tools like Canva) to improve product rankings and booking conversion rates across all OTAs.
B2B Account Management & Expansion: Act as the primary point of contact for international OTA account managers. Identify, audit, and onboard new resellers and distribution channels to expand market reach.
System Operations & Channel Auditing: Continuously audit multi-platform connectivity, resolving inventory discrepancies, link errors, and system outages to prevent revenue leakage.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of a Master’s Degree (Level 9) in International Business, Global Brand Management, or a related discipline.
Strong technical background in e-commerce channel management, API/CMS backend systems (TourCMS, Pax365, or equivalent), and commercial data analysis.
Pay: From €37,000.00 per year
