The Role
We're hiring across all grades — from Commis to Chef de Partie and beyond. You'll be part of a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen serving quality Irish food to hotel guests and the public, across two well-loved Killarney venues.
- Full-time positions available
- Day, evening and weekend shifts

What We're Looking For
- Chefs at any stage of their career — experience preferred but not always essential
- A positive attitude and a genuine love of food
- Someone who thrives in a busy service and pulls together as part of a team
- Reliable, hard-working and good under pressure
