Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the Operations team with associated administrative duties
· Plan and schedule reactive, maintenance and installation calls, in conjunction with in-house CRM Systems
· Review work schedule calls regularly throughout day
· Key point of contact for customer service and account queries
· Key client contact for booking & scheduling callouts.
· Liaise daily with SLA Managers for key accounts
· Daily Account Management
· Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
· Assist with key functions where necessary to achieve common goals & objectives
