At Sunbeam House Services, we support people to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. W''re currently looking for a Social Care Worker to join our welcoming and experienced team in Rosanna Gardens, Ashford, Co. Wicklow.
Rosanna Gardens is a warm and supportive residential home for adults with intellectual disabilities. We support people to develop life skills, enjoy meaningful community involvement, make choices, and live as independently as possible in a person-centred environment.
You'll be joining a collaborative team where respect, inclusion, independence, and dignity are at the heart of everything we do ;
Support people to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives
Promote independence, choice and community participation
Build positive relationships with individuals, families and colleagues
Support daily living activities and personal development
Contribute to person-centred plans and outcomes
Advocate for the rights and wellbeing of the people we support
QQI Level 7 in Social Care (or recognised equivalent)
CORU registration (or eligibility to register)
Full driving licence and access to a car
A genuine passion for supporting people to live their best lives
Permanent Full-Time Position
Competitive salary from 41,260 - 57,789 (subject to relevant experience)
