Role Overview:
We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Social Care Workers to join our team in Tipperary. You will play a vital role in delivering individualised care to young people referred to our service, helping them grow, develop new skills, and overcome challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised Placement Plans
- Support young people with educational activities, both at home and in school
- Maintain accurate daily records and communicate with parents, professionals, and referral agents
- Participate in team meetings, training, and service development
- Manage petty cash, assist with domestic routines, and contribute to a homely environment
- Uphold safeguarding protocols, confidentiality, and company policies
Supervision & Support:
- Participate in monthly supervision for the first 6 months; thereafter every 4–8 weeks
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute effectively to collaborative care planning
- Engage in all required training tailored to individual learning needs
Qualifications :
The qualification must be in a health-related field and supported by relevant experience. A sample range for consideration includes:

- QQI Level 5/6 Social Care
- QQI Level 5/6 Psychology
- QQI Level 5/6 Healthcare
- QQI Level 5/6 Special Needs Assistant and so on.
