We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk on site in Kepak Kilbeggan County Westmeath This is a permanent contract reporting to the Finance Manager. This position can be part-time (4 days a week) or full time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly payroll for 60 employees

Generating Purchase Orders
-
Posting Invoices
-
Processing SEPA payments
-
Reconciliation of Monthly Supplier Statements and liaising with Suppliers

Filing of documentation to support Finance audits

Monthly Stationery Order

Adhoc office duties as required by the business

Assist with Holiday cover within the Finance Department
Requirements

Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles
